These redskins make the best ever peanut brittle!!

After discovering these jumbo redskins, my peanut brittle went from good to great! I use the microwave recipe so no standing forever watching my candy thermometer. Of course I double the amount of peanuts that the recipe calls for so there are peanuts in every bite. Since it’s so easy using the microwave recipe, I make it frequently instead of just for special occasions! Thank you Virginia Favorites for these exceptional nuts!!
